Full Circle The Boston Bulldogs Full Circle Program was created for members who are interested in setting and achieving specific wellness goals and ultimately giving back to others in the Club and in the recovery community. The program is open to members who would benefit from a structured and supportive approach to training for a milestone road race event - via an individual assessment and training plan from a certified training coach as well as encouragement and support from a Bulldog wellness sponsor. Financial support is available for running gear, entry fees, ongoing coaching and wellness programs.
Upon successful completion of the program, Bulldogs are recognized by the Club. Bulldogs who successfully complete the Full Circle program and become Leaders are encouraged to mentor others in the program and are also eligible for a stipend in exchange for their community outreach and efforts on behalf of the Boston Bulldogs Running Club.
Junior Bulldogs This program provides kids who are vulnerable, many of whom have been impacted by addiction, with a positive outlet for stress, a caring community of support from both peers and adults, an introduction to wellness and physical activity as a lifestyle, and an alternative to substance use. The Junior Bulldogs program seeks to address the risks and adverse effects associated with substance use before it starts. In addition, the program combines running’s proven power to relieve anxiety and reduce stress, the feeling of support from mentoring by coaches and other participants, the empowering experience of mentoring others, and a goal-oriented culture to provide a holistic wellness experience.
The Boston Bulldogs have active programs at the Italian Home for Children and with Road to the Right Track.
Giving Back The Boston Bulldogs Giving Back program is a community engagement initiative launched in Spring 2019 and active in each of the communities that are home to the Boston Bulldogs Running Club weekly runs. The program provides clothing, shoes, outdoor gear, refreshment and compassion to individuals who have been impacted by addiction. The Boston Bulldogs make regular visits to recovery programs and shelters to raise awareness about wellness in recovery and invite people to join the Club.
Weekly Runs Weekly runs take place in Brighton, Quincy and Plymouth plus trail runs in and around Needham. For the Boston Bulldogs, being together in community, in support of our collective wellness goals - is a cornerstone of our mission, programs and a safe and welcoming community of support. Check the website for specific days/times and locations.

Meditation & More Created by Boston Bulldogs Running Club founder "Coach" Mike Ferullo, Meditation and More is a program and a natural extension of existing Boston Bulldogs Running Club programs, designed to promote wellness for all those affected by addiction. You don't have to be in recovery to participate, nor do you have to be a runner or a Club member - you just need to have an interest in meditation. The program is free and open to the general public. “Coach” will provide the following support for those who wish to explore awareness meditation:
Individual meditation instruction with the “Coach”. Requests and/or questions about your current meditation practice may be submitted via email to [email protected].
Upon request, “Coach’ will offer talks, workshops, retreats and discussion sessions focused on awareness meditation for Club members and non-members from the community at large.
